On page 2 of the manual, under Legal Layouts, there is a layout that is *not* legal. This was an oversight and I apologize for any confusion.  The layout is labeled as "Crumbling City" and is pictured as such:

The error in this image is that yellow is illegally placed and needs to be moved one square over. Again, my apologies for the error.
